Symbolist painting oil on wood by Victor Mideros (1888-1972) known as the master of the Symbolist school in Latin America. This painting is one of his finest works and represents a priestess and the tree of life in a very beautiful slightly embossed composition. Mideros' works are rarely found on the market.
