Bellamysworld has a simple purchasing procedure, where desired items can be added to your cart and users can checkout, calculate shipping costs and confirm their order in a few simple steps.

All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways that comply with international security standards.  

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the items are destined. Should your purchase be in accordance with local laws, then items can be shipped there. Bellamysworld does not bear any responsibility for any items which are ordered that do not adhere to local laws.

Selling an item requires Bellamysworld's experts to physically check and certify it. You can fill in the form under ‘Bespoke Services’ and ‘Sell on Bellamysworld’ and our team will get back to you, should there be an expert in your region.

Yes, it is possible to reserve an item for a short period of time, though reservations are not automatic, so we kindly ask that you contact our team directly. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, kindly sign the proof of delivery and send us an e-mail within 48 hours including the item reference and the cause of return. Once you receive our confirmation email, you will have to ship the item back to us within 7 working days.

If, in any case, the package is damaged, do not sign the proof of delivery. Send us an email within 48 hours so we can ask our couriers to launch their investigation.

Yes, Bellamysworld insures each item from time of purchase until its delivery to the Buyer.

When a customer places an order that is being shipped from the Bellamysworld warehouse, the customer may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The customer must assume additional charges for customs clearance. Bellamys World has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may total. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the item(s) purchased can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The Certificate of Authenticity is a document that certifies the quality and/or authenticity of an item after being physically examined by an expert. The certificate is sealed and includes a detailed description of the item as well as the item’s name, picture, origin, period, dimensions etc. It is provided free of charge with any item above the value of USD 1000.

Our prices are carefully set for each item. While they are typically fixed, we offer a 10% discount on your first order. Should you wish to discuss pricing, we invite you to contact our team. 

Yes, all items available on Bellamysworld are held at our headquarters and have been carefully expertised prior to listing. 

We ship with DHL, FedEx, and Aramex, providing door-to-door delivery.
